Security-first operations
Access workflows, approval paths, and audit visibility are designed as core platform behaviors — not optional add-ons.
About REMVX
REMVX is an infrastructure operations platform for managed service providers — governed workflows, tenant isolation, and controlled rollout across distributed customer environments.
Quietly confident scope: we onboard through guided evaluations, not open production claims.
Why REMVX exists
MSP teams run distributed customer estates with tooling that rarely shares the same operational context. Remote access, patching, inventory, and review workflows often live in separate products — each with its own permissions model and audit trail.
That fragmentation slows response, weakens governance, and makes client reviews harder than they need to be. Existing platforms frequently force a trade-off between speed and control.
REMVX is being built to unify operational visibility, governed secure remote access, and endpoint lifecycle workflows into a single infrastructure operations layer — scoped per tenant, attributable per technician.
Operational principles
Access workflows, approval paths, and audit visibility are designed as core platform behaviors — not optional add-ons.
Tenant boundaries, technician roles, and customer separation are built into the operational model from day one.
Inventory, session activity, policy workflow history, and patch operations remain attributable and reviewable.
Device governance
Remote operations run through policy enforcement and session approval — not ad-hoc connections. Activity remains visible for operational and compliance review.
Platform status
REMVX is under active development. We onboard MSP partners through guided evaluations — not open self-serve production claims.
