FAQs
How does licensing work?
Remvx licenses are scoped per technician or concurrent session model depending on tier. Starter is single-license; Team and Platform are per concurrent technician. Exact terms are provided during evaluation - there is no self-serve checkout today.
What is the difference between enrolled endpoints and remote sessions?
Enrolled endpoints are Windows devices running the Remvx Agent under your tenant. Remote sessions are governed technician connections to those endpoints. Starter caps enrolled endpoints for pilot scope; Team and Platform remove that cap. Concurrent session limits apply per technician seat.
How can I determine which plan fits my MSP?
Start with the 14-day pilot on Starter for one tenant. Choose Team when you need multiple technicians, multi-tenant console access, and audit export. Platform adds fleet health, policy engine capabilities, API pilot access, and higher session concurrency.
Why are dollar amounts not shown?
Remvx is in controlled rollout. Pricing depends on endpoint count, tenant structure, and compliance requirements. We share numbers during guided evaluation - not on a public price list.
Are there self-hosted or restricted-network options?
Yes - discussed under Platform and Enterprise deployment models. See Industry solutions and Security for air-gapped and compliance context.
What does"Rollout" or"Pilot" mean in the comparison table?
Those labels indicate features in controlled release - available to some evaluation partners but not guaranteed GA on day one. Final availability is confirmed during onboarding, not assumed from the marketing matrix.
Need custom tenant or volume pricing?
We scope multi-tenant agreements, endpoint volume, and compliance requirements during guided evaluation - not through public checkout.
