Data Retention

How Remvx retains operational, audit, and account data. Detailed retention schedules are documented in the evaluation security pack and customer agreements.

Overview

Remvx collects operational data necessary to provide endpoint management, remote support, and audit capabilities. Retention periods vary by data category and are defined per agreement.

Data categories

Encryption & deletion

Customer operational data, including session audit logs and endpoint metadata, is encrypted at rest. Upon account termination, operational data is destroyed within a defined window - specifics are in the Privacy Policy and customer agreement.
