1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of software, agents, remote support tools, and cloud infrastructure provided by Remvx LLC.

1.1 License & Authorized Use

Remvx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our agents and access our RMM platform strictly for legitimate IT management and remote support purposes. You may only deploy the software on endpoints you legally own or possess explicit, documented authorization to manage (e.g., via a managed services contract).

1.2 Platform Integrity & Intellectual Property

All software, reverse-tunneling architecture, generated installers, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Remvx LLC. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, modifying, distributing, or circumventing the licensing and authentication mechanisms of the Remvx platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers may not use Remvx LLC services to:

  • Engage in unauthorized access or hacking activities.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software.
  • Conduct fraudulent activities.
  • Abuse network, computing, or monitoring resources.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Remvx LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and immediately suspend or terminate services that present security, legal, operational, or reputational risks.

3. Security & Traceability Policy

To protect our customers, infrastructure, and intellectual property, Remvx LLC may associate software deployments, installations, licenses, generated packages, agents, and service instances with customer accounts, organizations, subscription records, and security identifiers.

These records may be used for:

  • License validation
  • Security investigations
  • Abuse prevention
  • Fraud detection
  • Compliance requirements
  • Service integrity monitoring

Remvx LLC maintains operational logs and security records for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, subpoena, or lawful request from authorized governmental or law enforcement authorities.

4. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy

Remvx LLC actively monitors transactions for fraud, abuse, and unauthorized payment activity.

Accounts associated with suspicious activity, stolen payment instruments, unauthorized transactions, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse may be immediately suspended or terminated.

Remvx LLC reserves the right to preserve and provide relevant records, transaction data, account information, service logs, and supporting evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, legal authorities, or law enforcement agencies as required to investigate fraudulent activity.

Submission of a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund when services have already been provisioned, delivered, activated, or consumed.

5. Refund Policy & Dispute Resolution

Due to the nature of our industry - involving digital services, managed services, endpoint management, remote support, and infrastructure provisioning - fees paid to Remvx LLC are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered, provisioned, activated, generated, deployed, configured, or consumed.

If a service has not yet been utilized or provisioned, Remvx LLC may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Submission of a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. Fraudulent transactions, the use of stolen payment methods, unauthorized purchases, chargeback abuse, service abuse, malware activity, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms of Service may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

To defend against fraudulent disputes and illegitimate chargebacks, Remvx LLC reserves the right to preserve logs, account records, deployment records, licensing records, transaction records, and security records. Remvx LLC will actively cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, courts, law enforcement agencies, and governmental authorities when legally required to investigate such matters.

6. Law Enforcement Request Policy

Remvx LLC is committed to maintaining a safe internet ecosystem and complies fully with U.S. law.

We cooperate with lawful, binding requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, financial institutions, and governmental authorities where legally required. If we detect that our infrastructure is being utilized to facilitate cybercrime, we reserve the right to proactively report associated metadata and telemetry to relevant authorities without prior notice to the offending user.

7. Service Suspension & Termination Policy

Remvx retains absolute discretion over the termination of services to protect the integrity of our platform.

Accounts found to be involved in fraud, stolen payment methods, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, malware distribution, illegal activities, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy will be suspended or terminated immediately without refund. Upon termination, all deployed agents will be cryptographically severed from our relay network.

8. Privacy & Data Retention Policy

We collect essential operational data to facilitate secure remote access. Customer data, including session audit logs and endpoint metadata, is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Retention periods are defined per agreement and documented in our security pack. Upon account deletion, operational data is destroyed within a defined window - details in our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our dedicated Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and user rights.
