Core principle
Services are generally non-refundable once provisioned, activated, deployed, or consumed. This reflects the immediate allocation of infrastructure, licensing, and operational resources when Remvx services are made available to your organization.
1. General refund position
Remvx LLC provides endpoint management, remote support, and IT operations software. Because these services involve immediate provisioning of tenant environments, agent packages, and operational capacity, fees are generally non-refundable after service delivery begins.
By completing a purchase, subscribing to a plan, or initiating a deployment, you acknowledge that refund eligibility is limited once any provisioned service condition in Section 2 is met. This is not a blanket"no refund ever" policy - discretionary review may apply as described in Section 3.
2. Definition of provisioned services
A service is legally considered"provisioned","activated", or"consumed" when any of the following events occur:
- A user account, tenant environment, or dashboard space is created and login credentials are provided.
- A custom installation package (.MSI, .EXE, .PKG) or deployment script is generated by our servers for your organization.
- A Remvx agent successfully checks into our relay servers from any endpoint managed by the customer.
- A remote support session is initiated or completed by our engineering team.
- Software licenses are assigned to your organization's unique identifier.
Once any of these conditions are met, the transaction is considered finalized and non-refundable.
3. Discretionary exceptions
If a service has not yet been provisioned, or if a catastrophic technical failure entirely on the side of Remvx LLC prevents the delivery of the service, Remvx LLC may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To request a discretionary review, the customer must submit a detailed technical justification to [email protected] within 72 hours of the original transaction. Granting a refund in one instance does not establish a precedent or obligation to grant refunds in future instances.
4. Subscription cancellations
Customers on recurring monthly or annual billing cycles may cancel their subscription at any time via their billing portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation requests will prevent future billing cycles, but will not trigger a prorated refund for the current active billing cycle. The customer will retain access to the provisioned services until the end of the paid billing period, at which point all deployed agents will be deactivated.
5. Forfeiture due to violation
Remvx LLC takes the security of its infrastructure and the integrity of its business operations seriously. Accounts found to be associated with:
- Fraud or the use of unauthorized payment methods.
- Abuse of our relay network, bandwidth, or support resources.
- Distribution of malware or unauthorized remote access.
- Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
...may be suspended or terminated immediately without refund. In such cases, the customer forfeits any remaining balance, and Remvx LLC reserves the right to pursue damages.
6. Unjustified disputes and liability
Customers remain strictly responsible for all fees incurred prior to suspension or termination. As outlined in our Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy, filing an unjustified dispute or chargeback with a bank after services have been consumed will lead to immediate account termination and the forwarding of telemetry data (IPs, deployment logs, timestamps) to the financial institution to contest the dispute.
