Policy
Software integrity
Remvx software releases are digitally signed to ensure authenticity, integrity, and publisher verification.
Customers should only install software obtained from official Remvx distribution channels.
Digitally signed software helps prevent tampering and unauthorized modification.
Remvx LLC signs Windows agent packages and related installer artifacts before distribution to MSP partners. Signatures bind each release to the verified publisher identity of Remvx LLC and allow operating systems and endpoint tools to validate binaries before execution.
Remvx is pursuing Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing to strengthen publisher identity assurance for enterprise deployment and security review workflows.
Distribution
Official distribution channels
Agent packages are distributed only through authenticated Remvx onboarding flows - not via public anonymous download endpoints.
- Complete a service request or guided evaluation.
- Receive a tenant-scoped agent package through your onboarding channel.
- Deploy via MSI or scripted rollout through your RMM or GPO.
- Verify the digital signature before wide fleet distribution.
Do not install Remvx software from third-party mirrors, email attachments, or unverified sources. Report suspicious packages to [email protected].
Verification
Verifying signed releases
On Windows, right-click the installer or binary, open Properties ? Digital Signatures, and confirm the publisher is Remvx LLC. Enterprise teams may validate signatures programmatically through PowerShell or their software deployment toolchain.
Get-AuthenticodeSignature .\RemvxAgent_x64.msi
